INSTALLATION FEE
Funded install through Superfast Cornwall – our install fee of £250 is paid for by the Cornwall Council funded Superfast Cornwall grant scheme for eligible properties so costs you £0. See www.superfastcornwall.org/getting-connected/alternative-solutions for details.
MONTHLY FEE
We change a flat rate for our standard broadband connectivity package of £42 per month (£35+vat) for a minimum term of 18 months and strictly 1 property / family per connection. if you are looking for inter-site connections, say you would like a connection to CCTV in a remote barn covered by our network – we can offer these on a case by case basis contact us for more information.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All data we manage is done so in line with GDPR, you can at any point request an SAR by emailing us using the contact details below. we only pass your data to 3rd parties when there is a legal requirement or with your expressed permission (Superfast Cornwall grant funding for installs) or when used by our 3rd party billing systems.
SUPPORT
The best support is local support – if you have a problem drop us a message, come and see us or use our ticketing system where you can also track requests and faults should they occur, but we aim to be as face to face as possible because that’s the way it should be done. We also proactively monitor our network and publish any known bottlenecks and planned upgrades.
